Seriously eh!! My best friend Christina is the only person who’s just as dedicated as me and she’s the only one who doesn’t call me crazy when I talk about running/working out

I just ran 8 miles in 1:13:43!!

I KILLED MY FIRST RUN OF OCTOBER!

I realized that while I have the distances down for my marathon training, but I wasn’t pushing my pace.

Today I ran at 6.6 mph for 7 miles and 6.3 for 1 mile (because I was going to puke). That’s the best I have ever done, by a lot!!!

I will run this marathon in 4 hours.
